Search for the Permanent Dean

Dear Faculty and Staff,

I am writing to inform you that we have secured the services of Storbeck Search LLC, a nationally recognized executive search firm, to assist the University in the launch and successful completion of a national search for the permanent Dean of the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. The search process, which will welcome applications from both internal and external candidates, will begin in early October. We anticipate receiving and reviewing applications by the end of the calendar year, and conducting interviews at the start of the spring semester. The goal will be to complete the search early in the spring semester.

In the coming weeks, I will provide our campus community with further details about the timeline and process, including the formation of the search committee, as they become available.
