Dear UMBC Community,
Spring is here and the members of our Class of 2021 are preparing to graduate and embark on the next phase of their educational or professional journeys. We know that you understand the excitement and anticipation that comes with these milestones.
We invite the entire UMBC community to join together online to celebrate the Class of 2021 during virtual commencement ceremonies on Thursday, May 20, for our graduate students, and Friday, May 21, for our undergraduates. Both ceremonies will air beginning at 10 a.m. here.
Graduates, we want to hear from you! Share your fondest memories, thank someone who made an impact on your college career, and tell us what songs remind you most of your time at UMBC for your Class of 2021 Spotify playlist.
We encourage graduates and their families, as well as our entire community, to celebrate on social media using #UMBCgrad. Photo templates, campus photos, and more are available here. In addition, graduates will be able to share their individual commencement slides.
