Hot Water Restored on Campus

Dear UMBC Community,

We are happy to report that the repairs to the campus hot water system are complete. Hot water service and heat are restored to all buildings and temperatures are returning to normal.

Dining will resume normal operations on Thursday with the exception of Chik-Fil-A, which will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday. They will return to normal hours of operation at 9 a.m. on Monday.

Thank you for your patience as we completed this critical repair. We especially appreciate our facilities staff and campus partners who worked incredibly hard to make repairs and reduce the impact of the outage.
