July 3, 2017 Leave Day
Dear Members of the UMBC Community,
As the July 4th holiday approaches, we would like to thank all of you for your commitment to the University and our students.
In recognition of everyone's service we have decided to provide an additional university holiday on Monday, July 3. We encourage you to take this additional time off to rest and relax with family, friends, and loved ones.
Your department payroll preparer will let you know how this extra leave day should be recorded on time sheets. If you have any questions, please contact Sherrell McNamara in the Human Resources Department.
