Campus Card Exchange for Faculty and Staff Starts April 16

As a reminder, we are hosting several campus card exchange events where you will be able to exchange your old campus card for a new one. The following is a list of exchange days for faculty and staff:
  • April 16, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., UC Ballroom Lounge
  • April 29, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., UC 310
  • May 1, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., UC Ballroom Lounge
  • May 2, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., UC Ballroom Lounge
What do I need to bring?
All members of the UMBC community receiving new cards are required to bring the following:
  • Current campus card. You will not be able to receive your new campus card without exchanging your current one. This is for security reasons.
  • Second form of identification for verification purposes. Approved forms of identification include:
    • Current Driver’s License, Learner’s Permit, or State ID
    • Passport or Passport Card
    • Government-Issued ID
    • Permanent Resident Card
    • Employment Authorization Card
    • Any Photo ID paired with your Birth Certificate
What if my campus card is lost or stolen?
If your current campus card is lost or stolen, please submit a support ticket with Campus Card Services as soon as possible. Lost or stolen cards require us to void your current one and reprint a new one. Once we have received your ticket, we will contact you and set up a time for you to stop by the Campus Card Center to issue you a new card.
