- Introducing AOK Library's Virtual Study Room. With AOK Library's Virtual Study Room, you can work alongside your fellow Retrievers for a focused study environment.
- We're halfway through Summer Session I and remember that Online Writing Help is available.

Business Continuity and Staff Support
- The State of Maryland Employee Benefit Division announced new IRS provisions due to COVID-19 that allow limited mid-year benefit changes. This post includes details about new enrollments and changes to flexible spending accounts (FSA) that must be submitted by July 31, 2020.
- The UMBC Summer Enrichment Academy is now fully online. Staff and faculty can receive a $50 discount on these academic camps with code UMBC20AFF. Learn more at sea.umbc.edu.
Campus Access
- Effective June 15, 2020, UMBC’s research & studio facilities are operating under Phase 1 RCA Mode. Any individual or team requesting access to research or studio facilities is required to obtain prior authorization by submitting the Research Access Exception Form.
- UMBC’s physical campus remains closed and employees continue to work remotely. Only employees with permission from their supervisor, approved researchers, and/or approved students should be on campus.
- If you have a one-time emergency need to visit campus, call UMBC Police Deputy Chief Bruce Perry at 443-677-2195 or Lieutenant Derrick Johns at 410-207-0850.
UMBC Together
- Faculty and staff may opt in to receive the spring UMBC Magazine at home. To receive yours, please fill out this form by close of business, Wednesday, June 17.
