  • Baltimore County offers free ongoing COVID-19 Testing. You can access testing sites and make appointments on this website. You do not have to be a Baltimore County resident to access the free testing.

University Health Services Hosts Discussion on Healthy Sleep Practices

  • On Wednesday, September 30 at noon, join the UHS peer health educators on Instagram for “How is Your Sleep?” with sleep trivia, facts, and advice on how to maintain a healthy sleep schedule.

Counseling Center Offers “Connecting While Apart” Group for Undergraduates

  • Connecting While Apart: Undergraduate Support Group begins Tuesday, October 6, 2:30 – 4 p.m. and is geared towards undergraduate students experiencing social isolation and other challenges brought on by being a college student in our current times (e.g., adjusting to remote learning; managing loss, or adjusting to change; finding school-life balance, etc.). The group provides a safe, confidential space for students to find a sense of connection and shared understanding as well as an opportunity to learn from others’ experiences.
