  • The Counseling Center’s virtual Moving Forward with Purpose group is a five-week program based on Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) which begins on February 5 at 1 p.m. It is intended to help students learn strategies to increase motivation, figure out what matters most, and feel more present in day-to-day life. Group sessions will focus on different concepts including being present, approaching things that we avoid, and turning values and goals into action.
  • Initiatives for Identity, Inclusion, & Belonging (i3b) will hold a virtual open house on February 10, noon – 1:30 p.m. This “come as you are, leave as you need” open house is for all students, staff, faculty, alumni, and campus partners to come together and connect with one another. We encourage you to build community across difference, learn about i3b’s resources, and find out about our engaging spaces, dialogues, workshops, and other offerings for the spring semester!
